Like many other comments

Like many other comments, orange is not (anymore?) up to par. I don't know if it's due to a lack of staff but, as a customer for several years, by renewing my subscription, a delay of 4 months to obtain the desired service. Poor explanations about the deadline. On top of that, outage for a week and instead of sending a technician, he sent the Post Office. The Post technician tells me a completely different reason. I understand that Orange is playing the smoke card, of lower cost for interventions. I will skip the details because seeing all the comments, we understood Orange's lack of desire to understand its customers. I am disappointed and will change provider when my subscription ends.
