On the last business day of the week, specifically Friday, there was this gentleman wearing spectacles. This individual carries an air of disrespect around him. He lacks basic courtesy and does not know how to treat others politely. A companion was with me, someone who traveled all the way from Austria, specifically the city of Vienna. This companion of mine stated that he had accompanied me to the office of Intralux, a place where he made me aware of his issue. He opened up about the problem he was dealing with, although it wasn't clear whether it was connected to his personal life or not. It seemed as though he might be having some trouble at his residence. Then he did something quite unexpected - he brought his problem to the workplace, which was inappropriate and a clear display of unprofessionalism. This untoward behavior was not something I could endorse or approve of. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Based on what happened, I would advise against engaging with this individual in any professional capacity. His inability to separate personal issues from professional ones is a significant red flag. In my opinion, it is not advisable to get involved with him, considering the negative impact it could have on the work environment.

I'd prefer to provide no stars at all, having leased a moving truck on over 10 separate occasions, the condition of the trucks is often deplorable, with ineffective brakes and tires that are considerably worn out. On the final 3 instances, I was unjustly billed for a liter of gasoline, at the outrageous rate of 35 euros per liter! Despite the fact that I made sure to fill up the tank to its maximum capacity at the Goedert fuel station, just a mere 150 meters away! I'm absolutely not going to put myself through this ordeal again!! No more! I've had enough of these dubious business practices. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the service provided and the lack of respect for customers. The trucks are regularly in a disappointing state, often featuring faulty brakes and exhausted tires. It's quite clear that there is a lack of proper maintenance and attention to these vehicles, which is absolutely unacceptable considering the safety risks involved. Moreover, the last three times were the final straw. I was wrongfully charged for gasoline that I didn't even consume. They demanded an absurd amount of 35 euros for just a liter of gasoline. This was despite the fact that I had filled the tank to the brim at the nearby Goedert fuel station, which is located a stone's throw away, at a distance of just 150 meters. This is an experience I do not wish to repeat, and I assure you, there will not be a next time. This is the end of the road for me with this company. I will never again use their services, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them.

I rang them up at 07.30, articulating my need for a diesel vehicle for the day. They informed me they had a Mercedes at their disposal for 92€ per day. However, upon my arrival to finalize the arrangements and procure the car, they disclosed that the Mercedes was not available. Instead, they had a BMW on offer, but the cost had spiked to 159€ per day. All they could offer for the inaccurate information, whether it was verbally communicated over the phone, or published on their internet platform, was an apology. The website of their enterprise was also misleading, as it displayed the specific car as available. In the end, I was compelled to abide by my original booking. Yet again, on the phone, they confirmed that it was not available. The information provided was deceptive and it was the epitome of poor marketing for promotional purposes. How am I supposed to trust this company and honor commitments when they're trying to lease different vehicles online and different ones in person? I sincerely hope they won't attempt to accuse me of spreading falsehoods. Adding 37% more text: This whole experience has been nothing less than disappointing and frustrating. The company's lack of integrity is not only evident in their communication but also in their overall management and operation. The misleading information has caused me unnecessary stress and added unforeseen expenses to my budget. I was left feeling cheated and deceived, which is not a feeling any customer should have to experience. It's clear to me that there's a significant lack of transparency in their business practices. I find it hard to believe that they could make such an egregious mistake twice, first with the phone communication and then with the website information. It's become quite evident that they have a tendency to provide incorrect information, whether intentionally or not. I hope they will take steps to rectify this issue in the future because it's not only detrimental to their reputation but also to their customer's trust and satisfaction. I'm left wondering how many other customers have had similar experiences and how they've reacted to them. I certainly hope they don't try to accuse me of fabricating this whole scenario.
