The store is well laid out

The store is well laid out. Unfortunately, the reception really needs to be reviewed: 2 salespeople and us in the store. We watched a conversation between these two ladies in amazement and wandered around the store alone, until finally someone came to serve us. We bought and while paying, the saleswoman continued her conversation. Finally, when we got home, an anti-theft device had been forgotten. Really, I will order online next time.

Always a pleasure to go to Petit Bateau in Luxembourg 🇱🇺! I love this brand and especially this store. I read a lot of unkind comments about them here. You might have to be polite, respectful, and smile yourself to get friendly feedback. I will come back with pleasure without hesitation! A special thought for this team of 4 pretty ladies who have always been there to serve me for over 10 years! 😉

I went there twice in a few months. I was delighted with my visits. I love their collections, the salespeople were very helpful (I asked for several sizes) and with a smile!

Super unpleasant salespeople

Super unpleasant salespeople, it's a shame. They don't even say hello to customers. I don’t see how we as customers would be encouraged to buy. We have the impression of disturbing them. Amazing to see such sellers today!
