Disappointing!!!! Ticket open since 06/08/2024 to date without any response, despite several requests to the Helpline. No IT services or skills?

Dishonest and thieves, they billed me and forced me to pay for the TV without it being included in the package, they installed the internet for me but not the TV and then included it in the bills! This is simply theft

I am an IT professional in France and I had considered using Orange.lu as my supplier in Luxembourg. After going through all the opinions, I noticed that it was an empty shell here, unlike in France where they are leaders. After testing LuxembourgOnLine in an RbnB rental, I found that the speeds were excellent, unlike Post.lu and I took out a fiber subscription with them. The installer was very competent and I was able to use my own router, instead of the usual Fritz Box. The only bad surprise was that I did not have a "real" public IP address, even a dynamic one, but a private address (which we call CGNat as in mobile telephony). After a call to customer service, I was able to get a public IPv4 address, for an additional 2 euros per month. I have VPN connections with several sites and I have never noticed any interruptions, the speeds are very stable.

Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars. This is a fraudulent company! When I left them, they informed me that I had 3 extra months to pay, it would say so in the general terms, which no one informs you about before you leave! In the contract they make you sign it does not say this at all. Now I could accept this as scammy behaviour from a company against which there is not much you can do, but then they make you return the router, and when you do give you a piece of paper stating that all is good and you have nothing left to pay. Fast forward 10 days and they stole 349 euros from my bank account as they determined the router to be in a "bad state" (I hope I don't have to mention that this is of course utter non-sense). I made the necessary reclamations at the company, but they insisted that this was their determination. A couple of points: a) Seems like it was in a good condition when it was returned, otherwise why did they not remark anything and give me a piece of paper acknowledging the complete return? b) How would any customer be able to return something at the end of the contract without being invoiced for the router when they judge after the fact? Nothing they determine is trustworthy in this case. I have filed with the police against this company for fraud. Oh, and I won't talk too much about the whole experience, otherwise the review will be too long. Horrendeous! TL;DR: For the love of anything, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY, you will regret it. Reply: Don't let yourselves be lulled into a false sense of security, by their ridiculous replies on these ratings. I am working with the "league des consommateurs" (ULC.lu) to get my money back, and I advise anyone who is in a similar situation to do the same. These people think that because they make you sign some bogus terms and conditions that, I repeat, nobody makes you aware of, they can take as much money as they want.
