Chilly croissant, overworked personnel, relatively constricted lavatories, indirect confrontational notes in the restroom. The espresso is decent, though not exceptional. This spot is a favorite among the natives for their specialty sweets and pastries, which honestly appear quite appetizing. I'm enthusiastic about making a comeback. The proprietor ought to address the issues with the restroom's plumbing system. While the ambiance is rather casual, the place could use a touch of warmth. The staff, although polite, seemed a bit harried - perhaps due to the popularity of the place. The croissant I tried was less than warm, a detail that could be improved. The restroom, though functional, was a tad too narrow for comfort. Moreover, the passive-aggressive messages posted there could be off-putting for some. The espresso served was satisfactory, if not extraordinary. It's clear as to why the locals frequent this place - the sweets and cakes on display were admittedly tempting to the eye. Despite these minor issues, I am eager to revisit this place. I hope by then, the owner would have resolved the plumbing problems in the restroom.

I arrived with my little girl at 13:15. The sales associate asked me if I could kindly instruct my 3-year-old not to handle the display case, because she had just cleaned it 5 minutes prior. Now let me ponder, who was the display case cleaned after? I presume after the patrons before us. So they had the liberty to touch it and we do not? She ought to tidy up the display case when the store is closed, not when it's still operating, even if it's only for a quarter of an hour. The store is OPEN. And how could a sales associate address a customer in such a manner? Astonishing, one more high-end location that suffers substantially due to poor customer service. In addition, it's important to mention that the customer experience is paramount to any business. If a customer feels slighted or mistreated, they are less likely to return. Therefore, it is crucial for all staff members to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Furthermore, the timing of certain tasks, such as cleaning display cases, should be reconsidered to avoid inconveniencing customers. Lastly, it is essential for businesses to take customer feedback seriously and strive to improve their services continually. This way, potential customers will not be deterred by negative reviews and experiences. In conclusion, a poor customer experience can significantly impact a business's reputation and bottom line. Therefore, it is in a business's best interest to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect, and that all tasks are scheduled in a way that does not inconvenience customers. Only by doing so can a business hope to retain its customers and attract new ones.

The rating ought to be closer to 2.5 stars, honestly... The merchandise quality is somewhat average, particularly when you take into account the cost - you'd be significantly better served shopping at Fischer (despite it being a mass producer...) The products do not exactly stand out, particularly considering their high price tag. This leads me to believe that you are definitely getting a superior deal at Fischer, even though it is renowned for its mass-produced items. To tell you the truth, I'd rate it around 2.5 stars. The items offered are just so-so, and when you consider what they're charging, it's not really worth it. You're much better off going to Fischer, even though it's known for mass production. If I could, I'd give it approximately 2.5 stars. The products, they're okay, but given what they're priced at, not really great. You would be a whole lot better off choosing Fischer, even though it's a mass-production establishment. Approximately 2.5 stars seems to be a more appropriate rating. The goods sold are not particularly impressive, especially when you factor in the price. You would find a much more advantageous deal at Fischer, despite it being a large-scale manufacturing facility.

These individuals are extremely IMPOLITE! I ventured into the store today with my young 5-year-old child to purchase some eclairs and posche pommes. The sales representative questioned me if I wished for a takeout or not. I opted for the takeout. My child enjoys consuming the pastry within the store, however, we carry most of it home for the remaining family members, thus I desired for it to be packaged. I settled the bill and aspired to occupy a seat with my child within the store. There was an abundance of vacant spots inside. Yet, the saleswoman informed us: - No! You are not permitted to sit inside because you informed my associate you desired a takeout. I was utterly dumbfounded. She didn't state to me: "You must incur additional expense if you aspire to sit inside". I would have been entirely comfortable with that. No. She declared to me and my child: "You CANNOT sit inside". She truly exaggerated that situation. (And she conveyed this in French, so it's not as if a language barrier could have been the issue). At this point, I would have vacated the premises instantly. But I did not wish to let down my child. I was willing to pay the additional charge for sitting inside. However, she put on a grand display of "permitting us" to sit there and instructing me "how I should purchase items correctly the next time". These are extremely impolite individuals devoid of any understanding of what constitutes customer service!

The value for money is simply not up to par. The morning baked goods are overloaded with sweetness and utterly lack any crispiness. I found it quite distasteful. If you're in search of moderately priced, good quality baked goods from the market, your best bet would be to head over to Fischer. Moreover, it's crucial to understand that the essence of a good pastry lies in its balanced blend of ingredients, which, unfortunately, is absent in this instance. These overly sweet pastries fail to deliver the satisfaction one expects from a morning treat. Instead of providing a sweet start to the day, they leave an unpleasant aftertaste, largely due to the excessive sugar content. Furthermore, the missing crunch factor significantly diminishes the overall experience. A good pastry should be crispy on the outside, making a satisfying sound when you bite into it, and soft on the inside, melting in your mouth. The lack of this fundamental characteristic in these pastries makes them fall short of expectations. So, if you value your morning pastry ritual, I highly suggest seeking out alternatives. One great option would be Fischer. Offering a wide range of baked goods at fair prices, Fischer stands out in the market. Their pastries not only taste great, but also offer the right balance of sweetness and crunch, making them worth every penny. Therefore, for those seeking superior quality at reasonable prices, Fischer is the place to go.
