Terrible experience. We were told to be there on a thursday with no specific time indication. The car should have been ready the next day. When I got there at 4pm I was told I should come back in 2 weeks since I was "too late". I first had to face a very rude staff member before finally talking to a very reasonable manager. Sadly, when the car finally got "fixed" part of the problem remained. A couple of months afterwards we got 2 reminders that the bill wasn't paid although it clearly was. After reminding them twice, we hope that this was it. Hopefully we never have to deal with them again.

Unprofessional! They kept my car for 9 hours just for oil and battery change. Prices are expensive. I asked an invoice so that I can transfer the money from my bank account. They refused and said that they keep cars, until they get paid. A lady (who were defined as chief) started to yell at me uncontrollably, just because I asked why I cannot pay by bank transfer. Never going there again 😊

My VW Golf 7 had a dash rattle and it was really annoying to drive the car due to the squeaking noise and somehow I thought to give a try at Garage A. Pauly-Losch and a Service Executive by name 'Michael DAUM' came to my rescue. Mr. Michael and the technical expert were extremely proficient and skillful in identifying the root cause of the issue and in fixing the dash rattle in couple of hours. I am extremely delightful and take this opportunity to thank Mr. Michael from the bottom of my heart for the brilliant job they did in fixing the problem. I'm thrilled for his dedication, expertise, professionalism, and commitment in providing exceptional service are indeed appreciated. Thank you once again for the splendid job:)

Very satisfied ! My family and myself own 6 Volkswagen all purchased at Garage Pauly-Losch . We are customers for more than 30 years. We never, and I insist never had a bad experience. The technical team is always ready to serve and does an excellent job. Yesterday my wife had a flat tire. We somewhat managed to get to the garage and today et 9:30 A.M. we were informed that the repaired car was ready. In the past some « small accident occurrences » were quickly repaired within less than 3 workdays. We appreciate the contact with the management, the vendors and the technical staff from the mechanical workshop. Especially our 18 year old EOS Cabriolet requires some more attention. Garage Pauly deserves in a very professionnal and skillful manner. I can only recommend Garage Pauly-Losch according to my (our) very positive experiences.

I had a horrible experience at this garage. The workers were incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start. My car was with them for almost THREE MONTHS with zero updates, and every time I called for an update, they were dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, they added a bunch of unnecessary charges to the final bill, clearly trying to take advantage of me just because I’m young and probably assumed I wouldn’t notice. Thankfully, after an adult stepped in and talked to them, they begrudgingly adjusted the price. But honestly, this place was a complete headache and I wouldn’t trust them again. Avoid at all costs!
