A customer and fan of the Caroline Biss brand for many years, I am shocked by the service and welcome I received in the City Concorde store. With a high-end positioning, one would expect a minimum of advice, service and even politeness. As a customer, what's more, loyal to the brand, I had the impression of disturbing the fashion advisors in their private exchanges, I even had to leave my cabin to look for another size on the shelves . I point out that I was the only customer in the store. The presence of the store manager did not change the situation. In the end, I still bought 2 items. But the service is not in line with the image that the brand wants to give itself.
