My first impression of the store

My first impression of the store, i.e. when it came to selling the goods, was good (though not above what could be expected). It resulted in me buying two MacBook Air computers and two accompanying soft cases. Unfortunately, the zipper of one of the cases broke after just a few weeks' use. I went back to the store to exchange the broken case. No big issue, I expected, as I also had kept the original receipt. However, the lady in the store told me that they could not give me a new case in exchange. She said that the damage could have been caused by me so their technician must first investigate the case to establish whether the damage was actually caused by the user. This would take a week. Is this a bad joke!? As I really needed a new case I then had to buy a new one, while waiting for their technician to come back with the result of the investigation. In my opinion a zipper is not supposed to break after 3-4 weeks of use (actually causing the computer to fall out and get slightly damaged). Not being able to replace a case worth EUR 29 while I am in the store is just crazy. I have NEVER experienced this type of behavior or treatment of a customer! I am just amazed and astonished at how little they seem to care about customer service. I will NEVER buy anything at that store again. Today’s experience was just ridiculous.
