The establishment was recently undergoing modifications. Presently, I noticed that Cactus has taken over as the new store. Self-service is the primary focus. Predominantly, the personnel at the checkout counters are not fluent in English. Atmospheric air comes at no cost. The vacuum cleaning service is priced at 1 euro, offering approximately 5 to 7 minutes of cleaning time. The caliber of the equipment is extremely poor. There is no provision for card payments, only coins are accepted. The laundry service is satisfactory. Furthermore, the shop's ambiance has noticeably shifted with the change in administration. The new management, Cactus, seems to be striving for a more self-sufficient operation, where customers can easily navigate and find what they need without requiring extensive assistance. However, a significant drawback is the language barrier. The majority of the employees manning the checkout counters do not converse in English, which could potentially pose a problem for non-native speakers. Also, it's worth noting that the vacuum cleaning service, while reasonably priced at 1 euro for a duration of 5 to 7 minutes, is equipped with substandard machinery. The poor quality of these devices is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. Another notable inconvenience is the lack of card payment options. Currently, only coins are accepted, which might not always be convenient for customers. On a brighter note, the laundry service offered by the establishment is commendable and meets expectations. Despite the aforementioned issues, this aspect of the shop's services seems to be functioning quite effectively.
