Following a phone conversation with a friendly individual (the sole redeeming aspect), I was informed that the individual responsible for scheduling and providing estimates would get in touch to set up a meeting. That was a fortnight ago, and I'm still in a state of anticipation... Absolutely NO professionalism. To elaborate, this conversation was not just a routine phone call, it was a professional discourse and, as such, it should have been treated with the necessary seriousness it deserves. Despite the fact that the person I interacted with exuded warmth and friendliness, there's a stark contrast when it comes to the individual tasked with arranging appointments and quotes. Their lack of communication and follow-up is a glaring display of unprofessionalism. In a professional setting, it is essential for all parties involved to demonstrate respect and consideration by adheriting to their commitments. This includes promptly returning calls and setting up necessary appointments as promised. It is now 15 days since that commitment was made to me and I am still left hanging, with no call or update on the situation. The silence and lack of action on their part could be construed as a total disregard for my time and an utter lack of professionalism. This is not the level of service one would expect from an organization that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. The entire scenario has left a bitter taste, overshadowing the initial positive interaction. In conclusion, while the initial phone conversation with the friendly individual was indeed the lone beneficial aspect of this entire experience, the subsequent delay and lack of communication from the individual responsible for appointments and quotations has been utterly disappointing. The absence of professionalism is glaring and I find myself perpetually waiting...
