The meal didn't meet my expectations

The meal didn't meet my expectations. I chose the BBQ chicken in Portuguese style, but it didn't live up to my hopes. My wife and child also felt let down, as they ordered the grilled Salmon, but what was delivered was not grilled, but cooked in an excessive amount of oil. The beverage service at the bar was far from bad. However, I found myself having to get up and personally request for my drinks. The culinary experience was quite underwhelming. The BBQ chicken I had chosen, cooked in a Portuguese manner, was far from satisfactory. Equally disappointed were my wife and child, they had opted for a grilled Salmon. Instead of a grilled Salmon, what they received was a Salmon that was drenched in an unhealthy quantity of oil. On the aspect of service, the bar service was not dreadful in any sense. Yet, I was compelled to rise from my seat and make my way to the bar to put in a request for my drinks. This was an inconvenience that was certainly not appreciated. Overall, the dining experience left much to be desired. The BBQ chicken in the Portuguese style that I had selected for my meal was a letdown. The same sentiment was shared by my wife and our child, who were served a Salmon that was meant to be grilled. However, it was clear that the fish had been cooked in a copious amount of oil instead. In terms of service, while it was not terrible, it was not exceptional either. I found myself having to take the initiative to stand up and go to the bar to order my drinks, which was not ideal. This situation could certainly have been handled better.
