Absolutely dreadful waiting periods! It's apparent that they lack the necessary personnel to manage all the tables they accommodate. Moreover, the server became irate when I approached him to settle my bill and informed him that I no longer had the time to consume the coffee after a 30-minute wait - a full half-hour! The manner in which this individual responded was not only lacking in professionalism but was also extremely discourteous. He should genuinely be mortified by his conduct! The cuisine was passable, but that was hardly enough to salvage the dining experience. It's unfortunate to think that such a promising restaurant is being let down by its service. Honestly, the lack of organization and structure is glaringly evident, and it's truly disheartening to see such a lack of respect and basic courtesy towards the customers. Aside from the abysmal service, the ambiance of the place wasn't too impressive either. It was clear that the establishment was more focused on packing in as many patrons as possible, rather than ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, the coffee that I was unable to consume due to the extensive wait time, looked less than appealing. It's quite evident that the quality of the beverages served is not a top priority here. In conclusion, the overall experience was nothing short of a disappointment. While the food was tolerable, the behavior of the staff and the agonizingly long waiting times significantly marred the dining experience. It's a shame that such potential is being wasted due to poor management and a lack of proper training for the staff. I truly hope they take the necessary steps to rectify these issues.
