The concept of service, smile, and politeness is clearly something the clients must have for the staff in the shop, not the opposite. You have lost a potential sell of 1400e. Came nobody was there a part from a client. Positioned me close to the desk and waited more than 5'. Before letting the client go, they exchanged about their's common football experience. I did the mistake of asking him my question before the client was completely gone, but this phase lasted and lasted. Since I was concentrating on the service, I did not realize people queue on the back of this last client. The service was so slow that 3 more people arrived and queued on the previous client. Once my turn finally arrived, the person in the shop said he coukd not serve me because he did not know who was first. If you don't see that your shop is empty and i queue how cane you offer a service in the shop.Thanks, buy will go elsewhere being my s24 ultra
