Appalling service! Can your personnel communicate in English? I had the intention to engage in a conversation with one of your customer service representatives. However, when I attempted to communicate in English with the representative, she abruptly ended the call... Extremely unprofessional. This is not the type of service I expected from your company. The quality of communication and customer handling is simply unacceptable. Your representative's inability to converse in English and her lack of patience were disappointing and frustrating. Such a lack of professionalism from her side was not just disrespectful but also showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It seems like customer service training is urgently needed for your staff. The representative's abrupt termination of the call is a clear indication of her unwillingness to assist or even understand the issue. To say the least, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's a shame that a company of your stature fails to meet basic customer service standards. I believe it's crucial that your staff are able to communicate effectively in English, especially if they are in customer-facing roles. If this is the type of service that your company continues to provide, I'm afraid it's going to severely affect your reputation and customer relations. It's certainly not the kind of service I, or any customer, should expect. It's disheartening to see such poor standards. I hope your company takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes immediately.
