During my employment, I had a leasing agreement through my company. However, when I transitioned to a new job, I decided to continue with a personal leasing arrangement while maintaining the same vehicle. After a period of 30 months, I received a reconciliation bill from them, indicating that it appeared I had been billed inaccurately. The total exceeded 1200 euros, so it was far from being a pleasant surprise! Even though they were legally within their rights as per the contract, their handling of the situation felt rather unprofessional. Following a relationship spanning over five years as a loyal patron, I had to part ways with them, feeling rather dissatisfied and upset. This was a disappointing end to what had been a long-standing business relationship. All in all, it was a less than satisfactory outcome that left a bitter taste in my mouth. In the future, I hope that companies can handle such situations in a more professional manner and be more transparent about their billing procedures from the onset. This would help to prevent unfortunate situations like these, where loyal customers are left feeling disgruntled and dissatisfied.

Asserting themselves as professionals, they somehow misplaced my initial agreement. Astonishingly, they managed to discover it after quite a few days. There is a harsh issue regarding communication between their various teams and with their clients! The supervisor forwarded me a revised contract, which was utterly incomprehensible, suggesting that I am required to pay an increased amount every month, with the tire services surprisingly excluded. I strongly discourage engaging with them!! Adding more to the situation, the whole process was chaotic and disorganized. The level of professionalism was far below acceptable standards. The provision of service was extremely disappointing and fell short of expectations. This is a clear indication of a lack of efficient managerial skills and poor customer service. It's an utter disappointment to see such a mishandling and the lack of proper communication. The contract amendment seemed arbitrary and lacked clarity. It was as if they were imposing an additional financial burden on me without any prior discussion or warning. It was a clear demonstration of poor business ethics and customer service. I was left with the impression that they were only concerned about extracting more money while providing less service, which is obviously a bad business practice. In light of these issues, I would strongly advise against dealing with this company. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is alarming. It's simply not worth the stress and potential financial loss. Therefore, I would emphatically caution anyone considering their services to reconsider. You may end up paying more for less, as I did.

Appalling service! Can your personnel communicate in English? I had the intention to engage in a conversation with one of your customer service representatives. However, when I attempted to communicate in English with the representative, she abruptly ended the call... Extremely unprofessional. This is not the type of service I expected from your company. The quality of communication and customer handling is simply unacceptable. Your representative's inability to converse in English and her lack of patience were disappointing and frustrating. Such a lack of professionalism from her side was not just disrespectful but also showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It seems like customer service training is urgently needed for your staff. The representative's abrupt termination of the call is a clear indication of her unwillingness to assist or even understand the issue. To say the least, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's a shame that a company of your stature fails to meet basic customer service standards. I believe it's crucial that your staff are able to communicate effectively in English, especially if they are in customer-facing roles. If this is the type of service that your company continues to provide, I'm afraid it's going to severely affect your reputation and customer relations. It's certainly not the kind of service I, or any customer, should expect. It's disheartening to see such poor standards. I hope your company takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes immediately.

Extremely poor signal quality, there's no one picking up the calls, exorbitantly high cost, steer clear at all costs! Additionally, the customer service is shockingly subpar, leaving much to be desired. The overall experience is more than just substandard; it's outright dreadful. It feels as if they are not bothered about their customers' satisfaction at all. The lack of response and attention to the customers' needs is utterly disappointing. The whole ordeal is further exacerbated by the sky-high prices they impose on their unsuspecting customers. It's a situation that you should unquestionably keep away from, no matter what. It's advisable to look for alternatives that offer better value for money and superior service. In short, the lack of reception, non-responsive customer service, and the steep pricing structure are all red flags that are not to be ignored. It's a complete fiasco that one should try to sidestep at all costs!

Following a mishap, they take an eternity to mend the vehicle and compensate by providing you with a significantly less valuable one as a substitute. It's a huge battle to accomplish anything as their sole intention seems to be to extract your funds without offering any legitimate service. They appear to have no interest in resolving misunderstandings and seize every opportunity to take advantage. The level of expense associated with their service is astronomical, and without a doubt, they maintain the most deplorable insurance policies. In the aftermath of an accident, they procrastinate indefinitely before they get around to fixing the car, and then, to add insult to injury, they hand you a far inferior one to replace it. The struggle to get anything done is immense, as their primary focus seems to be on fleecing you of your hard-earned money without delivering any sort of substantial service. They show no inclination to clarify any issues and are always ready to exploit any situation to their benefit. Their fees are exorbitantly high, and to top it off, they operate under the most atrocious insurance regulations. Subsequent to a collision, they dawdle endlessly before finally getting your car repaired, and as a kind of twisted recompense, they offer you a much less expensive one in its place. The difficulties faced in getting anything done are significant, as their primary objective appears to be siphoning off your cash without providing any kind of genuine service. They exhibit no desire to sort out any complications and are quick to capitalize on any chance they get.
