Review of Ytter Design - Cuisines Leicht Valcucine SA
James Patterson
My high hopes for the company were considerable, given that they are the exclusive providers of Leicht kitchens in Luxembourg. Regrettably, I was left profoundly disenchanted. - There were extended delays in responding to my emails, spanning several weeks. - My budget was clearly communicated from our initial encounter. In the final calculation, however, the total cost of the kitchen was double my initial budget. - There were some specific components for which I requested calculations, but I never received these. - I was left unsupported in coordinating the shipment and hoisting to my apartment floor. - Ultimately, I wasn't even presented with the final cost of the kitchen, but instead got a jumble of invoices with varying amounts. Consequence: Four months have passed fruitlessly. The most agonising part, though, is the company's attitude. I didn't even get a reply to my final email, which outlined the issues I was facing. Adding insult to injury, there were other aspects that added to my dissatisfaction: - The design process was not as collaborative as I had hoped. I felt my input was not taken into consideration. - There was a lack of transparency throughout the process. Hidden charges kept appearing on the invoices, which was frustrating. - The customer service was not up to the mark. I felt neglected and not valued as a client. - The quality of the product did not match the high price I was paying. I had expected a premium product for the amount I was investing. In conclusion, my experience with the company was far from satisfactory. I had high hopes, but all I got was disappointment and wasted time. The company's lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening.
