Avoid conducting banking activities

Avoid conducting banking activities with ING in Luxembourg. The degree of inadequacy in their service is shocking, their organization is in shambles. The simple task of opening an account took half a year, necessitating three trips to the bank, the installation of three separate apps, and a video conference call. It's almost incredible to think that a bank could be this inefficient. The amount of time and effort that you have to put in is just ridiculous. It's almost as if they don't want you to open an account. They put so many unnecessary obstacles in your way, it's like trying to navigate through a maze. Their system seems to be designed to waste your time rather than to provide a smooth and efficient banking experience. Even after you've managed to open an account, the challenges don't end. You'd think that the hard part is over, but you couldn't be more wrong. The customer service is atrocious, with representatives who seem to be completely out of touch with the realities of modern banking. The lack of efficiency, the sheer disorder, the terrible customer service, it all adds up to a banking experience that is far from satisfactory. It's as if they're going out of their way to drive customers away. So, unless you enjoy frustration and inefficiency, steer clear of ING in Luxembourg. In the world of banking, there are certainly better options out there.
