Contacted to schedule a meeting to set up a foreigner's bank account. Was instructed to do it over the internet. Attempted to do it online, but it failed to function. Reached out again to arrange a meeting. Once more, was advised to try it on the web. It still refused to operate properly. Made another call to firmly assert that I require a meeting. Was again told to use the internet for scheduling an appointment. Subsequently, I made an attempt to organize a consultation to inaugurate an overseas resident account. I was directed to execute the process on the internet. Despite my efforts, the online system did not cooperate. I made another phone call to book a consultation, and yet again, I was guided to proceed through the online platform. Unfortunately, the system continued to malfunction. Persistently, I rang up once more, stressing the urgency and necessity of my request for a consultation. However, the response remained the same, instructing me to use the online system to book the appointment. Despite the repeated attempts, the process remained unfulfilled due to the non-cooperation of the online platform.
