Really BAD quality

Since 9 years I always bought shoes for my kids at this store, but never again!!! It started in summer with sandals for my daughter where the leather broke few days after I bought them. So I brought the shoes back, they repaired it and it broke again... And it continuous with winter shoes for my son where a sole of the shoe was detached after 4 days of wearing. I brought the shoes back, they repaired it and now I see it is detached again. They speak Luxembourgish and they are nice, but they are selling faulty shoes for full price. It is a shame! And if there is an issue they will never exchange or give money back.
