Incredibly fundamental service. It is apparent that they are merely accustomed to catering to a small crowd of approximately 5 or 6 individuals in the bar, who are placing orders for beverages and meals. It seems they are not used to dealing with a large number of customers at once, which is obvious from their level of service. The staff seems to be overwhelmed when more than a handful of customers are present, which affects the overall atmosphere of the bar. Their ability to efficiently manage orders and provide prompt service appears to be limited to a particular number of patrons. The result is a basic service that could benefit from improvement, especially during peak hours or when the crowd is larger than the usual five or six individuals.
