They maintain an environment where aggressiveness is common, which can lead to unpleasant and potentially threatening situations. This aspect of the establishment is something to be wary of, as it doesn't contribute to a relaxed, enjoyable experience. They also have a strange way of enforcing their rules which can create a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere. I feel it's an unfair approach that doesn't take into consideration individual preferences or circumstances. It's quite possible that this could discourage a number of potential patrons from visiting or returning, which I believe is not conducive for a business that should be customer-oriented. Our visit to this pub was prompted by a reserved booking for the secluded rear section (for a special occasion). The comprehensive service (inclusive of beverages, an assortment of light bites, salad, and chips) was executed to perfection. In addition, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, just as one would expect from a classic English pub. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently. The drinks, including the promised British ale, were served chilled and were refreshing. The snacks provided were a mix of traditional pub fare and more adventurous offerings, ensuring there was something for everyone. The salad was fresh and the fries were perfectly cooked, adding to the overall excellent dining experience. Moreover, the pub had a great selection of music playing in the background, which added to the overall atmosphere of the place. It was not too loud, allowing for conversations to flow easily. The lighting was just right, providing a cozy and intimate setting. Furthermore, the pub was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to spend time in. Incredibly fundamental service. It is apparent that they are merely accustomed to catering to a small crowd of approximately 5 or 6 individuals in the bar, who are placing orders for beverages and meals. It seems they are not used to dealing with a large number of customers at once, which is obvious from their level of service. The staff seems to be overwhelmed when more than a handful of customers are present, which affects the overall atmosphere of the bar. Their ability to efficiently manage orders and provide prompt service appears to be limited to a particular number of patrons. The result is a basic service that could benefit from improvement, especially during peak hours or when the crowd is larger than the usual five or six individuals.

The unfortunate woman who is currently servicing has the overwhelming tasks of concocting the beverages, creating the meals, accommodating the patrons, and managing the telecommunication. It's an unjust situation for her! Additionally, it is not only detrimental to her well-being but also negatively impacts the overall performance of the establishment. The quality of service inevitably decreases when an employee is overburdened with multiple responsibilities. It is evident that the proprietor's excessive desire for profit is compromising the efficiency of the business and the satisfaction of the clientele. Moreover, the overworked employee might eventually succumb to burnout due to the excessive workload, thus resulting in a potential decrease in productivity. It is therefore crucial for the owner to prioritize the welfare of the employees and allocate adequate manpower to ensure smooth operation. In conclusion, the proprietor's avarice is counterproductive, adversely affecting both the employee's morale and the business's reputation. The staff is incredibly hospitable and exceptionally accommodating. They are extremely amicable and have a very friendly demeanor. The food served is of great quality and utterly delicious! The beer here is equally good, boasting excellent flavors! You would thoroughly enjoy your time here. The ambiance and the service are simply delightful. I would absolutely advocate for anyone to visit this place and have a great time. Not only is the staff attentive and considerate, but they also make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The dishes are well prepared and the taste is simply amazing. The beer is good and really refreshing.
