Our visit to this pub was prompted by a reserved booking for the secluded rear section (for a special occasion). The comprehensive service (inclusive of beverages, an assortment of light bites, salad, and chips) was executed to perfection. In addition, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, just as one would expect from a classic English pub. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently. The drinks, including the promised British ale, were served chilled and were refreshing. The snacks provided were a mix of traditional pub fare and more adventurous offerings, ensuring there was something for everyone. The salad was fresh and the fries were perfectly cooked, adding to the overall excellent dining experience. Moreover, the pub had a great selection of music playing in the background, which added to the overall atmosphere of the place. It was not too loud, allowing for conversations to flow easily. The lighting was just right, providing a cozy and intimate setting. Furthermore, the pub was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to spend time in. The décor was tastefully done, with a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements.
