Despite being seated promptly, it took an eternity for us to settle the bill. It appears the majority of the waiting staff inhabit the cooking area. We were not the only patrons awaiting payment. A gentleman was also biding his time for someone to emerge. Frankly, we could have just walked out without paying, and it's likely no one would have noticed or cared. Why couldn't they install a bell for us to ring? Or perhaps I overlooked it? Unlikely. The quality of the food is mediocre, considering the amount we paid. The pizza al taglio extra was anything but a pizza. And for a hefty price of 8,50! This establishment is not somewhere I would choose to revisit. A gentleman, who seemed equally exasperated, was also biding his time, patiently awaiting for a staff member to emerge. Frankly, the thought crossed our minds that we could have just walked out, leaving our unpaid bill behind, and it's highly probable that no one would even have batted an eyelid, let alone cared about our departure. This glaring service oversight begged the question - Why couldn't they simply install a bell for customers to ring when in need of service? Or perhaps there was one that I simply overlooked in my frustration? But that seems unlikely. As for the food, the quality was, at best, mediocre, especially when compared to the amount we were asked to shell out. The pizza al taglio extra, which was touted as a culinary delight, was anything but a pizza. Instead, it was a disappointment, both in taste and in appearance. And to add insult to injury, it carried a hefty price tag of 8,50! Given this experience, this establishment is not somewhere I would willingly choose to revisit, let alone recommend to others. After all, there are plenty of other places offering far superior service and food for the price.
