In Luxembourg, one can find superb frozen dessert, however, the customer service leaves much to be desired. It is so appalling that you practically find yourself pleading just for the opportunity to settle your bill. Unfortunately, the process of ordering and paying for your ice cream is far from smooth sailing. The staff appears to be indifferent to the customers' needs, making you feel like you're an inconvenience rather than a valued patron. The lack of efficient service can really put a damper on the otherwise delightful experience of enjoying top-notch ice cream in this beautiful city. Despite the unrivaled quality of the dessert, the dismal service can discourage you from revisiting. It's truly unfortunate that such a wonderful product is marred by poor service.
