We were compelled to endure a wait of over 45 minutes to receive our meal, while individuals who arrived later than us were catered to ahead of us with the IDENTICAL cuisine we had requested. Upon inquiring about the irregularity, a number of waitstaff members expressed their apologies, however, the supervisor leaned in and initiated a conversation in an impolite manner, showing no regard for us whatsoever. This type of conduct towards patrons is entirely inexcusable. I would assign it 0 stars if I were able to do so. It was indeed a profound letdown. Furthermore, this incident left a bitter taste in our mouths, as we expected a level of service that was clearly not delivered. The lack of professionalism displayed by the manager was extremely off-putting and has significantly impacted our perception of the establishment. The disrespect we experienced was not only unprofessional but also completely uncalled for. This was a dining experience we would not wish upon anyone. It's regrettable that I'm unable to rate this experience lower than one star. It was a thoroughly disheartening experience.
