totally disappointing

It is very funny that this company only receives good reviews and i was totally disappointed by toitures goerens. I cannot recommend this company . I had made a new roof by toitures Goerens in 2024 and the problems begun already at the second working day when they did not tear down a second layer of the roof as "verbally promised" by the company . In the end of the work I got the big surprise that the quotation of the pricing was not correct and they wanted me to pay extra. During the work I decided to renew as well the gutter. This was no problem for the company however I found out later that the gutter was also totally overpriced . Now in may 2026 after not even 2 years the gutter is already loose and I have to get it repaired. This experience does not deserve a good review and in future I would look for another roofing company.
