Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order on June 28, 2026 with in-store delivery (order no. 2249679260). On 1 July, bpost informed me that the parcel had been sorted, but the tracking then did not change any further. As early as July 7, I contacted customer service several times. Despite their promises to investigate and get back to me, I have not received any concrete follow-up. It was only after requesting a refund that I was suddenly told that the order would have been picked up at the pick-up point on July 2nd, with a signature saved. Still, I had never been informed of its availability and the order status had not been updated. When I asked for a copy of the signed document, customer service referred me to the carrier. He told me that only the sending company could open an investigation. I finally had to get the European Consumer Centre involved to get a refund for my order. In view of the lack of follow-up, the contradictory answers and the lack of real management of the problem, I do not recommend this site and the customer service shines by its inefficiency and its total lack of follow-up
