Review of Don Quijote
James Hamilton
The quality of the service is inferior, they lack a sufficient number of personnel to manage a hectic lunch period effectively. The delay in service was disappointing... the dishes served did not meet expectations particularly when taking into account the price bracket. In addition, the establishment seems to be understaffed, which severely affects its ability to cater to the high demand during peak hours like lunch. This resulted in an unsatisfactory and prolonged waiting period that left a lot to be desired. Furthermore, the food quality did not live up to the standards one would expect for the cost. Considering the expense one incurs while dining here, it's reasonable to anticipate an impressive culinary experience, which unfortunately, was not the case. The overall quality and taste of the food were not commensurate with the price, which is a significant setback. In conclusion, the establishment needs to make significant improvements in both their service and food quality. This is vital if they want to justify their pricing and ensure customer satisfaction.
