Conveniently located in Bertrange with plenty of parking. Only negative was that the store was understocked, especially in exercise equipment and mainly weights.

Mid-sized sports store. From clcothing to games and spirts equipment. Enough people working there, which is refreshing. They are helpful in sporting matters which is also nice. Cheaper goods and a wider selection are to be found in decathlon Arlon if you have time to go there instead.

The service was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. I don’t know if it is due to a lack of staff or a deplorable work environment, but as a paying customer I was rushed by the staff. Basically, they told me that I would have to spend hundreds of euros on a product without they proper help and guidance, because they were not enough staff to take the time in helping me making an informed decision. I don’t know about the rest of the clients and customers, but last I’ve checked, I work extremely hard to make a living and I do not take spending 200€ lightly on a whim. I did not appreciate this “take it or leave it” situation they tried to force me in. To the management of Intersport Bertrange in Luxembourg : do better. Please staff your teams and give them proper training on how to assist and help customers. This situation was unacceptable and as you’ve guest it, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. No wonder people prefer shopping online if person to person interactions are so unbelievably unhelpful. The person literally told me to look online if I wanted some information on what is the best article for my needs. Good luck with all that.

Great selection of deporting goods! Decent prices and good special offers. Really great selection of running shoes. Would be great though if they had the shoes labeled with stability types etc.

Total lack of professionalism. Called to ask if I needed appointment for a bike service, I was told: no, just come and drop your bike, it will take a couple of days. I went the same day only to be told by the bike section guy that he's not taking any bikes anymore before 10 days. Perhaps you should communicate this to the reception people as well.
