Catastrophe and immensely exasperating!! In the area of Cloche d'or, the laundering facility is incredibly challenging to locate, with no signage or hint pointing to its whereabouts, and the information desk attendant at the shopping center is utterly clueless about its location... after spending more than a quarter of an hour in a futile search, I eventually stumbled upon it and as a result, I reached my pre-arranged meeting 5 minutes past the scheduled time... and guess what happened next? The personnel had already left... they could not spare a mere 5 minutes for me!! They display remarkable efficiency in dispatching reminders about your scheduled appointments but apparently lack the patience to hold on for an additional 5 minutes. This entire episode was nothing more than a useless expenditure of my precious time. Thank you, gentlemen ... you will never have the pleasure of my company again... Their incompetence in providing clear directions and their lack of empathy for my situation was truly astounding. They seem to have no regard for the fact that I was a customer who had taken the time to visit their establishment. Their inability to extend a small courtesy of waiting for a few extra minutes is a testament to their lack of customer service skills. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and a complete letdown. I am genuinely disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by these individuals. It's safe to say that you have lost a customer due to your unacceptable behavior. I will not be returning to your establishment, rest assured.

I forked out money for both interior and exterior services at the Cloche d’Or establishment. The personnel there were significantly slower than the duration stipulated on their website for the said service, which was 1h30. Regrettably, I was compelled to wait an additional hour. Even so, a total of 2h30 was not sufficient for them to perform their tasks properly as the cleansing of the interior part of my vehicle was not carried out satisfactorily. One of the employees asked me for my contact number with the excuse that he would ring me up when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. He then took advantage of this by persistently sending me text messages for several days, asking me out. Despite my courteous refusal to his unsolicited advances during my visit to the carwash, he continued to bother me. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth due to the atrocious service I received. The whole ordeal was a clear demonstration of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for clients. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the amount of time I wasted due to their inefficiency and the poor job they did on my car's interior. On top of that, their employee's inappropriate behavior was highly disturbing. This experience has left me with a negative impression of their service. Thumbs down for the terrible service.

It's truly regrettable, as it possesses the potential to be incredibly beneficial. The concept is straightforward: park your vehicle in the designated area and proceed with your shopping errands during the waiting period. Regrettably, a language barrier already exists. There were undeniable instances of negligence. The rear portions of the seats. My daughter, who leans her feet against this, gets them extremely filthy and there hasn't been any effort to clean them. There are additional areas that have been utterly neglected. Plus, the blemishes on the seats haven't been addressed, even though the cost of this service is included in the overall price! Therefore, in my perspective, it's a sloppy job. Forgetting such details is inexcusable considering the hefty amount we shell out. What a letdown! Moreover, it's quite disappointing to witness such lack of attention to detail in a service we pay a considerable amount for. The backrests of the seats, for example, were completely overlooked. My daughter, who habitually places her feet against them, ends up with very dirty feet because no one bothered to clean those areas. It's quite disheartening to see other spots that have not been attended to, as well. The stains on the seats were also left untouched, a frustrating oversight given that their removal is supposedly included in the service fee! To me, this all indicates a hurried and poorly executed job. Neglecting to take care of these simple tasks is entirely unacceptable given the price we are charged. It's truly a pity.

Not exactly delightful...not in the slightest! The tidying up is not awful, but it's far from being spotless, particularly when you take into account the rate of the service... it certainly should be! I would not advocate for this service to anyone. Moreover, when evaluating the cost-benefit relation, it's clear that the quality of the service does not match its price tag. It's more than just the cleanliness that's in question here, but also the overall service experience. It leaves much to be desired and there's a significant room for improvement. Therefore, I strongly suggest considering other options before deciding on this particular service. There are likely better and potentially more affordable alternatives available. In my opinion, it's essential to get the value you expect and deserve for the money you are investing in such services, which, unfortunately, is not the case with this one.
