Lovely florist's store, excellent variety of choices. It's regrettable that the diverse actions (unable to elaborate - restricted by Google) taking place on this particular street intersection are adversely affecting the business. Additionally, it's a disgrace how specific unmentionable activities, which I'm unable to describe due to Google's censorship, happening on this specific corner of the street, are creating an adverse impact on the store. This fine establishment, boasting a wide array of floral options, unfortunately finds itself under the negative influence of unspoken actions occurring in its vicinity. These activities, whose nature I cannot divulge due to Google's imposed restrictions, are occurring on this particular street corner and are having a detrimental effect on the business. The delightful flower shop, offering an extensive selection, is unfortunately bearing the brunt of these unmentionable actions taking place on this particular corner of the street.

On St. Valentine's Day, they abruptly cancel an order meant for delivery without offering any justification or even bothering to get in touch with you. They simply inform Shopopop not to proceed with the delivery and the client is left utterly clueless, devoid of any explanation. Utter catastrophe. Abrupt termination of your order devoid of any sort of reasoning. Absolutely preposterous. Updated version: After being notified by Shopopop that my order had been abruptly cancelled, no further explanation was given as to why this happened. However, I did end up receiving the flowers. The whole experience was an emotional whirlwind. Furthermore, if you're thinking of surprising someone using this online service, think again. Because the recipient will receive a very official administrative text informing them that they will soon be receiving flowers. The element of surprise that's often cherished when gifting loved ones is completely lost in this process. On the bright side, the flowers that were delivered were indeed beautiful. I don't think the inconvenience caused was intentional, but it certainly resulted in more confusion than anything. Attached is a screenshot of the texts I received. Regrettably, I do not have a screenshot of my conversation with Shopopop, but it was far from helpful and came across as rather dismissive.

I requested an elegant "arrangement," but what I received was a plain floral assortment. It was grossly overcharged! There was absolutely no response to my grievance. The only reason for the two-star rating is the punctual delivery for once. To add to it, I was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of consideration for my expectations. What I had envisioned was an intricate, carefully crafted composition of flowers that would take one's breath away. Instead, I was presented with a garden-variety bouquet, something you could easily find at any local florist for a fraction of the price. Furthermore, what upset me the most was the company’s indifference to my dissatisfaction. My attempt to express my concerns and demand a resolution was met with complete silence. It was as if my complaint fell on deaf ears, an utterly frustrating and disheartening experience. The only saving grace in this entire debacle was the timely delivery. Despite everything, I have to admit that the product did arrive at my doorstep right on schedule for once. However, it's a small consolation considering the overall poor experience. The two-star rating is solely a recognition for this punctuality, nothing more.

Abysmal customer service. The woman in charge of providing assistance does not provide any guidance or proposals, instead, she grumbles because you merely requested 15 roses and failed to give her specific orders when you implore her to recommend something pleasant and clarify that you are not well-versed in the art of arranging flowers. Subsequently, she dismissively flicks at assorted flowers and stems disdainfully, instead of presenting potential examples for you to consider if they might be appealing. This is completely unacceptable treatment for a customer who is seeking assistance from another individual to do something special for their significant other. As a customer, you are entitled to respect and a level of professionalism that aids in making your flower selection process smoother, especially when you are relying on the expertise of the staff to guide you. Her dismissive attitude is not conducive to a positive shopping experience. Instead of being patient and understanding, she appears to belittle your lack of knowledge in this area. This is a clear display of poor customer service skills and a lack of empathy towards a customer who is simply trying to make a thoughtful gesture for their loved one. Furthermore, her approach to showcasing the different flowers and stems available was completely unhelpful. Instead of carefully presenting them to give you a better idea of what might work, she simply showed contempt for them. This is far from the inviting and supportive environment one would expect when seeking help from a professional in a retail setting. In conclusion, the service provided was far from satisfactory. It was a clear display of disrespect and disregard for a customer's needs. As a customer, it is expected that the staff be willing to assist you in any way they can to ensure that you leave with a positive impression and a suitable product for your loved one. Unfortunately, this was not the case in this instance.
