Regrettably, I am unable to award a null rating, which would be ideal in this scenario. This marks my inaugural and ultimate experience with utilizing Wolt for ordering. I endured a two-hour wait for my delivery, despite residing a mere 1.5 kilometers from the restaurant. This is utterly ludicrous and borders on the absurd. My attempts to reach them by phone were futile, as I was consistently met with a lack of response. Wolt then proceeded to absolve themselves of any accountability, claiming that the restaurant was solely liable for the deliveries. This is an evident indication of their lack of commitment and an apparent lack of customer service. They are not concerned about ensuring that their customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. It's a disheartening reality that a company of this stature is unable to provide the most basic of services. Don't entrust your precious dinner plans to them! Their lackadaisical attitude towards customer satisfaction and their dismissive approach to addressing issues make them an unreliable choice. They have demonstrated a clear inability to manage their delivery services effectively, leaving customers waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. In summary, if you value your time and your meals, steer clear of entrusting your order with Wolt. Their lack of empathy and inability to handle delivery responsibilities efficiently make them a poor choice for anyone seeking a reliable food delivery service. This experience has thoroughly disillusioned me, and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

Truly, I adore their pizza, but this time, they unintentionally left out the Samurai sauce (it can occur). However, when I phoned them, their only proposed remedy was to deliver the sauce. Honestly, they should have offered to bring another pizza because, during the wait for the sauce, my pizza turned cold, which I genuinely despise intensely. They could have, at the very least, provided a complimentary drink as a token of apology (the absolute bare minimum). Adding another 37%: Truly, I have an immense fondness for their delectable pizza. Unluckily, on this particular occasion, they accidentally neglected to include the Samurai sauce (a mishap that can understandably happen from time to time). However, when I took the initiative to contact them regarding this oversight, their proposed solution was merely to deliver the missing sauce separately. In my opinion, a more appropriate course of action would have been for them to offer to deliver an entirely new pizza. This is because, whilst waiting for the sauce to arrive, my once delicious pizza unfortunately turned cold. This is a situation that I find genuinely distasteful and it's something I loathe intensely. I believe that a business should take full responsibility for their errors and do everything within their power to rectify the situation to the customer's satisfaction. In this case, a simple, yet thoughtful gesture, such as offering a complimentary beverage, could have gone a long way to soften the impact of their mistake. This kind of token of apology is, in my estimation, the absolute bare minimum that should be expected in situations such as these.

This establishment is definitely not conducive for children! To the waitress who took issue with my little boy and his buddy (both are mere toddlers at the age of 4) simply behaving like normal children: you should consider yourself fortunate that I was so taken aback by your insolent request to 'control my children', who were merely positioned behind the verdant armchair adjacent to your bar area, harmlessly crooning some tunes, thereby leaving me speechless. It's disgraceful how you refused to allow children to act their age! They weren't causing any disturbances or hindering your work in any way! The dining area of your establishment was devoid of customers at that particular time! It's absolutely baffling that you'd have an issue with two little ones, who are only four years young, merely being themselves and engaging in the innocent activities children their age typically do. The fact that I was left astonished and lost for words when you harshly demanded that I 'keep my kids in check', while they were innocently nestled behind the emerald-colored chair next to your service counter, engaged in the simple joy of singing, speaks volumes about your attitude. Your lack of tolerance for children being themselves is truly deplorable! They were not creating any nuisance or obstructing your work routine. The fact that your eatery was practically deserted at that time makes your behavior even more unjustifiable. There wasn't a single soul that they could have possibly disturbed with their innocent antics!

If the evaluation had the potential to be negative, I would enthusiastically choose the unfavorable review. A purchase was made approximately at 16hr, with the expectation that delivery would occur at 20.15! However, at around 21hr10, we rang up to verify the status of our order since it hadn't arrived, and were informed that the delivery person was en route with our pizza! A WHOLE HOUR LATER (22hr10), we made another call as the order was still not in our possession! The gall of the person to answer IMPOLITELY and inform us that our pizza had been delivered punctually at 20hr30! Furthermore, they claimed a man had collected the pizza and accused us of dishonesty, insinuating that we were making the call two hours after the delivery was supposed to have occurred! So, at this juncture, we are uncertain if the pizza was ever assembled for delivery, as we were told at 21hr10 that it was on the way, yet at 22hr10, we were informed that delivery had taken place at 20hr30! And that a man had been patiently waiting by the door and received the pizza! Who orders a pizza for delivery at 20hr15 and then waits at the door 15 minutes later when the delivery has not been timely? Additionally, if the delivery was allegedly made at 20hr30, how was the delivery driver on his route at 21hr10? Nothing aligns in the two replies we received from Dominos! The individual even had the audacity to inform us that "the pizza has been delivered and nothing can be done at this point" before abruptly ending the call. ALSO, WE HAD ALREADY PAID WHEN WE MADE THE ORDER!! Eventually, we paid for fabrications or a pizza? Not placing any orders with Dominos ever again, and certainly not suggesting others to do so!
