An elegant, contemporary and spotless interior that nevertheless maintains a warm and inviting feel. The personnel is genuinely wonderful, extremely courteous and hospitable. The cuisine is genuinely extraordinary. It features traditional dishes, nothing exceedingly novel or outlandish, but it is truly authentic and delectable! On the whole, it was an impeccable experience that I would suggest to any individual. Even though it was our initial visit, it undoubtedly won't be our concluding one! To further elaborate, the ambiance of the place is not just modern and clean, but it also exudes a sense of sophistication and elegance. You can feel a sense of warmth and comfort as soon as you step in. The staff members are not just employees, they are more of charming hosts who are always ready to assist and make you feel welcomed. The food, oh the food! It's not about experimenting with new-age culinary trends or creating something bizarrely unique. It's about sticking to the roots, keeping the authenticity intact and serving dishes that are downright delicious! Every bite you take would make you feel like you're tasting something extraordinarily amazing. In a nutshell, it was a flawless and memorable experience that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, be it a food lover or someone just looking for a good place to relax. And even though it was our first time visiting the place, it won't be the last for sure. It's a place that leaves you with a yearning to revisit and recreate the same delightful experience!

A pleasant ambiance, mediocre cuisine, acceptable prices. I will certainly return when pizza is included in the menu, however for the time being... 4 stars. Moreover, the environment was relatively comfortable and not overly crowded, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was not exceptional, but it was decent enough to be considered acceptable. The pricing was also reasonable, neither too high nor too low. I am indeed looking forward to the time when they will introduce pizza to their menu. I am quite a fan of pizza, and I believe it will greatly enhance their selection, catering to a wider range of tastes. Until then, I would rate this establishment four stars out of five. It is not yet perfect, but it has potential. Impressively, despite the current lack of pizza, the place has managed to leave a positive impression on me. Therefore, I can confidently state that I will be revisiting this place in the future, especially once they start serving pizza. Overall, this place has a solid foundation, and with a few improvements, it could be an exceptional dining spot. Finally, I give it a well-deserved four stars for the effort and the potential it shows.

The quality of the food provided is admirable. However, the level of service is not consistently up to the mark as it ideally should be. Regrettably, they do not offer an authentic Italian carbonara made with pecorino cheese and guanciale. Their adaptation of this classic dish comprises of egg yolk and bacon, which doesn't quite capture the authenticity of the original recipe. While this may not deter some diners, those who have tasted the real deal might find this version lacking in comparison. The carbonara is a classic Italian dish, and using substitutes instead of the traditional ingredients can significantly alter its taste and texture. Therefore, it's disappointing that the establishment does not offer the dish in its true form. The food overall is of high standard, which may compensate to some extent for the lack in service quality. Despite this, it's essential for the staff to strive for consistency in providing excellent service to enhance the dining experience. Their version of carbonara, although not traditional, may still be palatable to some. Nonetheless, it's worth noting the importance of authenticity when it comes to classic dishes from any cuisine.

This location is a complete abomination - consider yourself forewarned. My spouse maintains a vegetarian lifestyle and requested a pizza without any ham - a request that was acknowledged by the server who subsequently slipped her mind. The pizza arrived bearing ham and a raw egg. By the moment her replacement meal was delivered (once again with a raw egg), we had already concluded our dining. Subsequently, we found ourselves engaged in an extensive heated disagreement with an incredibly disagreeable gentleman who stubbornly refused to remove it from our invoice. They are utterly oblivious to the concept of providing customer service. It's a certainty that we will never revisit. Moreover, it was quite disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism in a place that is supposed to provide quality service and food. The sheer audacity of the gentleman who refused to rectify a mistake that was clearly their fault was astonishing. It's safe to say they lack basic understanding of the fundamental principles of hospitality industry. The blunder with the pizza, the argument, the poor response - all these incidents combined made our experience far from pleasant. If you value your peace of mind and expect decent service when you go out to eat, I would strongly advise steering clear of this establishment. Their incompetence is glaringly obvious and is reflected in the way they handle their customers' complaints and concerns. An establishment that has no regard for their patrons' dietary preferences or the quality of food they serve is certainly not worth your time or money. We left the place feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected. Our day was ruined by the negligence and rudeness we encountered. This place is a prime example of how not to run a restaurant. It's safe to say we won't be giving this place a second chance.
