This location is a complete abomination - consider yourself forewarned. My spouse maintains a vegetarian lifestyle and requested a pizza without any ham - a request that was acknowledged by the server who subsequently slipped her mind. The pizza arrived bearing ham and a raw egg. By the moment her replacement meal was delivered (once again with a raw egg), we had already concluded our dining. Subsequently, we found ourselves engaged in an extensive heated disagreement with an incredibly disagreeable gentleman who stubbornly refused to remove it from our invoice. They are utterly oblivious to the concept of providing customer service. It's a certainty that we will never revisit. Moreover, it was quite disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism in a place that is supposed to provide quality service and food. The sheer audacity of the gentleman who refused to rectify a mistake that was clearly their fault was astonishing. It's safe to say they lack basic understanding of the fundamental principles of hospitality industry. The blunder with the pizza, the argument, the poor response - all these incidents combined made our experience far from pleasant. If you value your peace of mind and expect decent service when you go out to eat, I would strongly advise steering clear of this establishment. Their incompetence is glaringly obvious and is reflected in the way they handle their customers' complaints and concerns. An establishment that has no regard for their patrons' dietary preferences or the quality of food they serve is certainly not worth your time or money. We left the place feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected. Our day was ruined by the negligence and rudeness we encountered. This place is a prime example of how not to run a restaurant. It's safe to say we won't be giving this place a second chance.
