This fear was deeply rooted within me. However, this time around, the procedure was incredibly smooth, with absolutely no pain during the extraction or the recovery period afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised and could not be more relieved. The dentist was exceptionally gentle and displayed remarkable finesse in his work. He seemed to have an innate ability to make the procedure utterly painless, which was contrary to my previous experiences. His professional attitude and the care he demonstrated left a lasting impression on me. I was truly amazed at his expertise. The experience was so much better than I had anticipated, and I was utterly relieved. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is apprehensive about tooth extraction or any dental procedure for that matter. His ability to perform with such smoothness and ease is truly commendable. I required an identical healthcare service today as I was given twelve months ago. During that particular period, I received a cordial reception, everything was meticulously elaborated, and I was pacified. Today, however, it felt like I was part of a mass production process. I have absolutely no grievances regarding the medical treatment itself, it was expedited, painless, and until this moment, no adverse effects have manifested. Alas, I was handed no explanation whatsoever, neither prior to the procedure concerning what was to be expected, nor following the procedure about the appropriate behaviors I should maintain now. Along with the invoice, I was merely handed a pamphlet containing advice. Regarding all else, it was as if the attitude was "just go with it, you agree!" It's a shame, indeed, because the experience can be different... I yearned for that sense of individual care that I was afforded the previous year. It was an environment where I was considered more than just another figure on their long list of patients. They took their time to explain every step of the treatment process and what each meant for my health. They provided reassurances to alleviate any anxiety I might have had, creating a sense of security that was sadly lacking this time around. Today, the experience felt impersonal, as though I was just another product on an assembly line, rushed through the process without any consideration for my personal understanding or comfort. The treatment was efficient, yes, but devoid of any human touch. The lack of any explanation, either before or after the procedure, left me feeling somewhat adrift. There was no guidance on how I should conduct myself post-procedure, or what to expect in the coming days. In addition to the bill, all I received was a generic piece of advice, handed over as an afterthought. There was no attempt to ensure my agreement or understanding of the treatment process, just an assumption that I would comply. It's disheartening to see such a stark difference in the level of care provided, especially when I know from personal experience that a more personalized, patient-centered approach is possible.

Take HEED... The office clerk organizes your appointment for the forthcoming year without your approval, all on their own accord... Fast forward to a year later, without any prior confirmation of your "alleged appointment", you are slapped with a 65Eur bill for a no-show appointment. Subsequently, you are met with a delightful Justice de Paux...EXCELLENT!!! Thus, it seems more prudent to pay the bill even though it's not your obligation to do so... Correct? By the way, the whole process is managed and automated by the Information Technology department. So, if you wish to steer clear of such disagreeable incidents, consider visiting other dental clinics. I must confess, my experience here was extremely DISPLEASANT! Furthermore, it seems that the clinic has a propensity for booking appointments without your knowledge. This automated system is not only intrusive but also completely disregards the client's right to decide. This, in conjunction with the unexpected bill, makes for a truly disconcerting experience. The cherry on top of this unfortunate situation is the delightful Justice de Paux. It seems ironic that one would be met with such a grand title for such a regrettable circumstance. It's almost as if the system is mocking you, urging you to pay a bill you shouldn't have to. Additionally, the fact that this process is entirely managed by the IT department raises valid concerns about its efficiency and reliability. It's as if the human element, essential for understanding and empathy, has been completely removed from the equation. To avoid such unfortunate occurrences, I highly recommend seeking dental assistance elsewhere. There are plenty of other dental clinics that may provide a more personalized, less automated, and overall more pleasant experience. I can't stress enough how poor my experience was. The level of disregard for my rights as a client was appalling. It's safe to say that I will not be returning to this establishment.

My child, who happens to be a girl, had an appointment with Dr Dahm with the intent of getting a couple of her wisdom teeth extracted. Until her visit to his dental clinic, she had never shown any discomfort or fear when it came to dental appointments. However, her experience with him has left her with an enduring fear of dentists. The level of communication and reassurance provided by him and his team was extremely disappointing and utterly shocking. The fact that he indulged in idle chatter with his nursing staff about internal politics while he was in the process of extracting my child's teeth was way beyond the boundaries of professional behavior. My daughter had always been comfortable going for dental check-ups and procedures. However, her recent visit to Dr Dahm's dental clinic has left her with a lifelong fear of dentists. This is a direct result of the lack of communication and reassurance from him and his staff. The level of communication was not just poor, it was downright appalling. The reassurance that should have been provided by a medical professional and his team during such a procedure was simply not there. Moreover, Dr Dahm's unprofessional behavior did not stop there. He indulged in office gossip with his nurses while he was extracting my daughter's teeth. Discussing office politics and internal issues with his nursing staff while performing a medical procedure is beyond unprofessional, it's utterly disrespectful. Not only did it make my daughter uncomfortable, but it also reflected poorly on his professionalism and commitment to his patients. This experience has left my daughter with a permanent fear of dentists, and as a parent, I am deeply disappointed and shocked by such behavior from a medical professional.

I underwent an implant placement procedure and a sinus lift operation. This was an extremely uplifting and encouraging encounter. The process was swift, handled with the utmost professionalism, and completely devoid of any discomfort. Not only was the dental team incredibly proficient in their line of work, but they also displayed amazing dexterity, carrying out the operation at an impressively fast pace. This, coupled with their excellent ability to minimize any form of discomfort, made the entire experience almost enjoyable. The high level of expertise and knowledge they possessed was evident in their work. It was clear that they were seasoned professionals, which gave me an immense sense of reassurance and confidence in their ability to successfully complete the operation. Moreover, the fact that the whole procedure was completely pain-free was a great relief for me. I was initially apprehensive about the pain I might experience during the operation, but their skills and experience ensured that I felt absolutely no discomfort throughout the procedure. This was indeed a highly positive experience that exceeded my initial expectations.
