Terrible customer service, it has taken over 40 minutes and counting (still in queue) to receive our order of 3 cheeseburgers. We requested updates on our order twice, but the person in charge showed an immense lack of respect. This is certainly our last visit here. One of the waitresses did offer an apology (even though she was not at fault) but the manager's behavior was incredibly insolent and he spoke to us in a very derogatory manner. To add to this, the establishment's lack of organization and coordination was quite evident. It was extremely disappointing to see how a reputed food outlet could have such a lack of control over its operations. The fact that our simple order of cheeseburgers took an excessive amount of time was a clear indication of their inefficiency. Moreover, the insolence shown by the manager was the epitome of unprofessional behavior. The manner in which he communicated with us was not just disrespectful but it was also filled with arrogance and disdain. He seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience caused to us. Furthermore, the apology from the waitress, even though she was not to blame, was a small consolation. It was a reflection of her professionalism, unlike the manager's. But the manager's rude behavior and crude remarks towards us overshadowed her efforts. The manager's attitude left a bad taste in our mouths, figuratively and literally. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience and we definitely won't be coming back here again.
