Our patience was severely tested as they kept us in anticipation for over 45 minutes for our meal. They even catered to multiple individuals who arrived subsequent to us, with identical dishes to what we had requested. The absence of due regard is completely intolerable. Their blatant disregard for our time and value was more than evident. This form of service and treatment is not just disrespectful but is also absolutely inexcusable. Additionally, the restaurant's apparent nonchalance and lack of consideration for our situation was not just frustrating but also extremely disappointing. The audacity to serve others who had arrived after us, the same dishes that we had been waiting for, was baffling. Such behavior not only questions the establishment's credibility but also its overall customer service ethos. This lack of respect for customers, in what is ostensibly a customer service-oriented industry, is absolutely unacceptable. It's disheartening to realize that our presence and patronage were not valued, and that our satisfaction was not a priority. It's crucial for businesses, especially those in the service sector, to understand and practice the basic principles of respect and courtesy. This incident has certainly left a sour taste in our mouths and tarnished the image of the establishment. It's a stark reminder of the importance of treating customers with the dignity and respect they deserve.
