Absolutely not once more! In May, I purchased a bed along with a pair of pillows for a sum of 3k €. The bed was delivered after a period of 8 weeks, however, it had a flaw - the headboard was not compatible with the primary structure of the bed. The pillows, on the other hand, were completely missing. The representative assured us that the issue would be rectified, but nothing transpired in the following month. We found ourselves having to constantly check in every week and finally, by the end of August, two workers showed up and repaired the headboard (they bored new apertures into it, without providing a replacement part). Still, the pillows were nowhere to be found. We persevered in contacting them weekly in hopes of obtaining the pillows, yet as of the present day, at the conclusion of September, we are still without them. I cannot quantify the amount of time we squandered interacting with this business, but I strongly urge you to reconsider and deliberate carefully before deciding to engage with them. Furthermore, it's vital to be aware that this type of experience is not only frustrating but also time-consuming. It's not worth the hassle when there are numerous other companies out there that value their customers and strive to provide satisfactory service. In terms of customer service, this company has proven to be highly inefficient and unresponsive, causing unnecessary stress and waste of time. Numerous attempts to resolve the issues were met with empty promises and inaction. The lack of responsibility and professionalism exhibited by this company is extremely disappointing. In conclusion, based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious when considering doing business with this company. It's crucial to weigh your options carefully and make sure you're not investing your time and money into a company that doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. Always remember, your time, money, and peace of mind are valuable, so choose wisely.

After a period of careful consideration, I purchased a 'luxury' couch from this location. The showroom displayed an impressive and comfortable couch, and the staff was incredibly amicable. However, my deepest regret lies in not rejecting the couch immediately upon delivery. Firstly, there was a noticeable absence of a petite cushion - as evident from the picture, there are three seating areas, yet we only received two petite cushions. Upon discussing this discrepancy with the sales representative, we were informed that this was standard and we had the option to purchase an additional one! The provided cushions offer no substantial support and quickly lose their form after merely five minutes of usage. But the most disheartening aspect is the audible plastic creaking noise produced when one sits down - a far cry from the promised luxury product! Moreover, the fabric used for the upholstery is not as high quality as one would expect from a 'premium' sofa. It is not resistant to wear and tear, showing signs of aging after just a few weeks of use. The build quality of the sofa is also subpar, with the wooden frame feeling weak and unstable. The sales staff, while friendly in the showroom, seemed less interested in addressing these issues post-sale, which only added to our disappointment. In hindsight, it seems that the focus was more on making a sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. I would advise potential buyers to thoroughly inspect the product before making a purchase, as the showroom model may not accurately represent the actual product delivered. It's also worth noting that 'premium' in this case, seems to be more of a marketing term than a true reflection of the product's quality. It is clear that a significant improvement in product quality and customer service is needed in order to truly provide a 'premium' experience. In conclusion, my experience with this 'premium' sofa was far from satisfactory. The missing cushion, the lack of support from the cushions, the disappointing quality of materials and construction, and the unhelpful post-sale customer service have all contributed to my regret in purchasing this product. I strongly discourage anyone considering to buy a sofa from this outlet without a thorough investigation.

An absolutely horrendous ordeal with Dorma Home. Purchased a high-end couch from them in November 2021, and just two months later the fabric already seems to be showing signs of wear and tear (severe pilling as demonstrated in the picture). Clearly, this is not the optimal material for a couch if it appears to be 5 years old after less than two months of regular usage. We’ve reached out to the store supervisor numerous times, but no steps have been taken to rectify the situation, he simply turns a blind eye to the problem. After the sale, the team appears to be completely indifferent towards customers or their warranty obligations. Deeply disheartening. Additional advice to potential customers: it's best to steer clear of this company if you appreciate premium quality goods and desire an excellent customer experience. Furthermore, it's worth noting that we've been left feeling frustrated and let down, as the lack of action from the store's side is simply unacceptable. It's astonishing that a company selling high-priced items would show such little concern for customer satisfaction and the longevity of their products. It's evident that the company's promise of high quality is just an empty claim, as the sofa's material failed to withstand even the most basic usage. This is not what you expect when investing in an expensive piece of furniture, and it's extremely disappointing that Dorma Home has failed to stand by their product. In conclusion, with this type of experience, it's hard to trust Dorma Home with any future purchases. Not only do they fail to deliver on their promises, but their lack of customer service and disregard for their warranty commitments has left us feeling deeply dissatisfied and regretful about our purchase. So, the bottom line is: If you value quality and customer satisfaction, it's advisable to look elsewhere for your home furnishing needs.

Extremely Low-Grade Couch!!! After shelling out a hefty sum for a couch that was purported to be of exceptional quality, I was immensely let down to discover severe pilling just a couple of months after the acquisition. Having dispatched an abundance of messages and emails to the establishment, I was dishonestly led to assume that this issue would be addressed. I would steer clear of this store by all means necessary. Substandard furniture at an exorbitant price!! Moreover, I was frustrated by the lack of responsiveness from the store's customer service. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with them, my concerns were repeatedly brushed aside. Their indifferent attitude towards my dissatisfaction only added insult to injury. The couch was not only poorly constructed but also uncomfortable. The material felt cheap and was not at all what was advertised. I was under the impression that I was purchasing a high-end product, but it turned out to be a far cry from it. Their refund policy, too, was deceptive and unclear. When I tried to return the couch, I was presented with a myriad of conditions and fine print that hadn't been disclosed at the time of purchase. This only exacerbated my irritation with the store's unprofessionalism. In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against shopping at this establishment. Save your hard-earned money and invest it in a store that values its customers and offers quality products. The disappointment and frustration I experienced from dealing with this store are simply not worth it.
