Excellent cuisine. Extremely tasty broth accompanied by dumplings, however, it wasn't the fiery variety. The duck was extraordinarily delectable, but the tofu was absolutely revolting and I felt extremely unwell after consuming it, it was overly soaked and downright unpleasant. Apart from that, everything was satisfactory, expedient service, and a very charming and friendly staff. The restaurant's atmosphere was also quite nice, with a warm and welcoming ambiance that made you feel at home. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different dietary preferences and restrictions. The presentation of the food was also visually appealing, making the experience even more enjoyable. The beverages offered were also of top-notch quality, with a wide range of choices from refreshing soft drinks to fine wines. The dessert options were also quite impressive, with mouth-watering sweet treats that left a lasting impression. The pricing was also quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and service provided. The restaurant was also very clean, with spotless tables and a well-maintained dining area. Overall, despite the unfortunate incident with the tofu, the dining experience was quite memorable. The restaurant's attention to detail, from the food to the service, and even the ambiance, made it a place worth recommending. Despite one or two setbacks, it was a delightful culinary journey.

This is our second visit to this establishment; our initial visit four years ago was an equally enjoyable experience as all the meals were superb. Regrettably, the appetizers were a disappointment on this occasion. The satay chicken skewers were parched and lacked any sauce. The barbecued dumplings were just above room temperature and a few parts were unusually cold. Nevertheless, the noodles and the primary chicken course compensated for the earlier shortcomings. The noodles were cooked to perfection, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. The chicken dish, being the main course, was prepared with utmost attention to detail, making it a delight to the palate. The waitress who served us had an air of professionalism and warmth, making our dining experience more enjoyable. Her prompt service and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive atmosphere in the restaurant. I'm not attributing this score due to the caliber of the meals served, but rather due to the manner of service. This particular eatery does not give heed to their patrons' requisitions. They believe they have the absolute prerogative to act and express themselves as they please. I was a steadfast customer, frequently dining in or ordering digitally. On my previous order, I received a paltry amount of rice, the container was not even halfway filled. This day, I ordered once more and contacted the eatery to ensure that I receive an ample quantity of rice. They made zero attempts to look into the previous incident. They didn't inquire about when that transpired, they didn't even extend an apology. The woman retorted: "that is the standard quantity of rice we serve to every patron". She didn't even take into account that I was a loyal customer and that she should at least display a modicum of courtesy. Based on her demeanor, they believe their service is flawless and they never err. This is discourteous and intolerable! I was a loyal patron and I used to advocate for their eatery among friends. As of today, they are forfeiting this patron and all his contacts! On average, we shell out around 20€ for a single meal, we also toil to make ends meet and we are deserving of top-notch service! Not only did they disregard my previous negative experience with their food portion, they also failed to show any concern or remorse. When I pointed out the issue, the woman simply brushed it off with a cold statement, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. It felt like they were taking their customers for granted, believing their service to be beyond reproach, which is far from reality. This kind of attitude is not just disrespectful but also unacceptable in any business, let alone in the food service industry where customer satisfaction is paramount. I was once a loyal customer and I used to actively promote their restaurant among my friends and acquaintances. But after today's experience, they are not only losing me as a customer, but also all those who I could have potentially introduced to their restaurant. It's high time they realized that customers are not just a source of income, they are the lifeblood of any business. We all work hard to earn our money and when we choose to spend it at a restaurant, we expect to be treated with respect and receive a service that is worth our money.
