The cuisine was indeed delightful, but the service was highly disordered. It felt like an eternity before they served us our beverages and we were left hanging for more than sixty minutes purely for the appetizers to arrive. The personnel were cordial but were evidently under a great deal of strain. I would advise against visiting this place during weekends due to the extreme hustle and bustle. Moreover, the management seems to lack the ability to handle the crowd effectively, resulting in a disarray that can often ruin the dining experience. The ambiance, while generally pleasant, can turn chaotic with the staff running helter-skelter, trying to attend to the needs of the customers. Communication between the servers and the kitchen also appears to be a significant issue, causing unnecessary delays in serving the ordered dishes. Despite the tasteful and high-quality food that they serve, the restaurant fails to provide a satisfactory experience due to its poor service. The employees, although nice and friendly, seem to be constantly on their toes, which might be off-putting to some customers. It's especially critical during weekends when it is incredibly crowded, resulting in a frantic and stressful atmosphere. Therefore, one should consider visiting this establishment on weekdays or during off-peak hours to avoid the disorganized service and enjoy a more peaceful dining experience. As much as the excellent cuisine may be tempting, the quality of service is an equally important factor in ensuring an enjoyable meal.
