Should it be feasible to provide a rating below zero, I certainly would have done so. I have found myself in a seemingly endless cycle of waiting for my pizza for over sixty minutes, and any assistance sought from their alleged "customer support" was of no avail. I've made numerous attempts to contact them to seek a resolution to this issue, but their representative simply terminates the call. I've had experiences with unprofessional businesses in the past, however, Goosty has raised the bar of incompetence to an unprecedented height. If they persist with this level of service, without a doubt, they will face financial ruin imminently. This has been a truly frustrating experience. I spent my valuable time waiting for a pizza that was never delivered, and the lack of any meaningful support from their self-proclaimed "customer service" added insult to injury. Despite my best efforts to communicate with them to find a way out of this predicament, their customer service agent abruptly ends the call. I've encountered many companies lacking professionalism in the past, but Goosty has taken this lack of professionalism to a whole new level. If they continue on this path, bankruptcy is a very real and near possibility for them. It's clear that their business practices need a serious overhaul. If not, their financial stability will be seriously threatened and they will undoubtedly be out of business in no time.

Regrettably, the meal was delivered about 45 minutes beyond the stated arrival time and everything had cooled down by the time it reached my front door. The beverages were nowhere to be found either. The young man who delivered was full of apologies, which was very commendable, but it ended up being a waste of 37€ as I was left with no choice but to discard the food. Adding to this unfortunate series of events, it was clear that the delay in delivery had affected the quality of the food. The intended warmth and freshness of the meal had disappeared, leaving behind a disappointing and unappetising sight. The absence of the expected drinks added to the general sense of dissatisfaction. The delivery agent, a young man, was evidently sorry for the delay and the missing items. He kept expressing his apologies repeatedly, a gesture that was indeed praiseworthy. Despite the fact that his sincerity was evident and appreciated, it did little to salvage the situation. The unfortunate outcome of this experience was the sheer waste of money. Having spent 37€ on the meal, it was with a heavy heart that I had to discard it. The food had deteriorated to a state where it was no longer edible, and keeping it would have been pointless. The whole episode was not only a waste of money but also a waste of time and anticipation. The joy of expecting a delicious meal was replaced with frustration and disappointment, a truly regrettable experience.

There invariably appears to be an issue. I've solicited multiple times and yet have not experienced a single hassle-free delivery. The estimated delivery time is seldom adhered to, meals are delivered cold, omitted condiments, beverages that have spilled, or items that have gone missing and today, I received an order meant for someone else. I was genuinely anticipating my midday meal. However, I am assured of getting a refund. It's still disappointing though, especially considering this isn't the first occurrence of such nature. Upon perusing through other customer feedback, it seems evident that there is a glaring lack of professional conduct. Subpar customer service. I'll opt for an alternative service. In every scenario, there seems to be a hindrance. I've placed orders on numerous occasions and not once have I received a delivery that was devoid of issues. The promised delivery time is hardly ever met, the food arrives chilled, sauces are often forgotten, drinks tend to spill, or there are missing items, and today, to add to it, I ended up with someone else's order. I was truly excited for my lunch. I am, however, assured of a reimbursement. Though it's a letdown, especially since it's not an isolated incident. Looking at other reviews, it's clear that there's a severe lack of professionalism. Inferior quality service. I'm going to transition to a different provider.

Frequently, they possess extended delivery durations. My pizza took more than sixty minutes to arrive and was frigid since the driver appeared to have collected it, but presumably, my order was the last to be delivered. The system for tracking the driver's location is far from accurate. It's regrettable because they have a wide variety of eateries at their disposal. I am hopeful that they will be able to resolve these problems. Moreover, the lack of timeliness in their service leaves much to be desired. This is not helped by the fact that the real-time tracking provided for the delivery personnel is not reliable, causing further frustration. The unfortunate thing is, they have a broad range of restaurants to choose from, which is a commendable aspect of their service. However, the niggling issues related to delivery are a dampener. One would expect that they'd get a grip on these challenges sooner or later, given that they are in a competitive market. It's indeed unfortunate that such a service, which boasts a great variety of food choices, is marred by these operational issues. It's my sincere hope that they will eventually iron out these kinks and improve their service.

Made an order for a meal, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 30 minutes. However, after a prolonged waiting time of two hours, there was still no sign of our order. I took the initiative to reach out to them after the initial hour had passed, and their response was that one of their delivery personnel's vehicle had unexpectedly broken down. Subsequently, I inquired about a potential new estimated time of arrival for our order, but was met with silence. I also posed a question regarding how they were planning to ensure that our food would arrive still warm and fresh, but this too was met with no response. Eventually, even after two hours had passed and our food was still not in our possession, I had to inform them to abort the mission and cancel our order. It was impossible for us to predict how much longer we would have had to wait. To add insult to injury, there was no communication on their part about any potential compensation or how they planned to rectify the situation. All in all, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience that left us hungry and dissatisfied. In the future, I hope they will learn from this and ensure they have contingency plans in place to prevent such incidents from happening again.
